I don't read a felony conviction in any of it... besides the case was dismissed before sentencing.... conviction overturned.... sorry boys...."President-elect Trump was sentenced to an unconditional discharge on Friday after being found guilty on charges of falsifying business records stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s yearslong investigation. "
He was found quilty by the jury, the conviction was entered into the record and the sentence was "unconditional discharge" meaning the guility conviction stands but no fine or prison time was levied.

Sentencing never took place and that case was dropped... try again....
because the supremes dictated that be so.
They made the right call because these were the most embarrassingly weak "convictions" I've ever seen. That is not true. Trump was sentenced on the 34 felonies. I’m a lifelong Republican and I’ve voted for Trump three times, but I’m not going to jump on board when you throw out lies. Trump was sentenced on January 10, 2025 for the 34 felonies. The sentence was an unconditional discharge. Basically that’s a New York speak for we ain’t gonna do nothing this time.
And so Trump is not a convicted felon.... if you go after him after his term you will make Vance and Rubio a shoe in...
So please do....
Case was dropped which means the conviction overturned... It was a trumped up bullcrap charge and you know it... so did the apelet courts.... too bad you lost... boo hoo for you...

Yeah and when he gets out of office, Trump will no longer be a threat to the democrats so the case will quietly go away.because the supremes dictated that be so.
because .... above ~ immunity whilstin office. & ONLY whilst in office
howeverrrrrrrrrrrrr... that will change when he's out of office.
They made the right call because these were the most embarrassingly weak "convictions" I've ever seen.
Meanwhile, Democrats will let people out of prison who've committed heinous violent crimes and they commit them again.
What a complete joke of a system by a complete joke of a party.
I don't know ... they're a nasty, vindictive, violent lot.Yeah and when he gets out of office, Trump will no longer be a threat to the democrats so the case will quietly go away.
