Obviously go to a doctor...if there is any skin discoloration, swelling of any kind and the area that hurts is warmer than the skin around it - it could be DVT (blood clot)...and that can kill you.
It probably isn't that, because it should hurt worse when you walk.
Symptoms and Tests for DVT
You idiot! Go to a fucking doctor, not a bunch of strangers on a goddamn message board.
Btw, it may be a blood clot. I hope for your sake it does not break loose before Monday!
Nerves are very long and the pain can be far removed from where the problem is. Let a doctor (preferably an osteopath) check it out.

I already said it wasnt a clot due to no swelling and no discoloration
The pain started on saturday and I noticed that it's less painful when I'm sitting in a chair. But when I lay down in the bed it be hurting me so bad
Btw: medicines like Ben gay and icy hit are pointless and never take away the pain

Sacroiliac problem.
When you lie down you are stretching out the same muscles in your legs that tighten and tense when you jack. When you sit up those muscles loosen and relax.Probably just pulled a muscle jacking off.
I asked why does it hurt only when I lay down versus when I am sitting in a chair?
Can you answer that for me?
