Why do liberals love Jeb?

Liberals are a conflicted bunch. They say they hate bush and anyone in his family but when it appears he is going to lose to trump they then support Jeb against trump. I suspect that if Jeb wins they are going to go back to hating him. it is unfortunate Jeb and the rest of the Republican Party are not smart enough to figure that the minute any one of them the left are going to go straight back to hating them.
