If the question is, why do Blacks vote for Dems, then saying they are voting against their own self-interest is completely wrong. It is the Dems that support equal rights, easing voter registration and voter ID laws, generally aiding the poor, and supporting urban areas. You might ask why so many poor whites support the GOP when they are the ones voting against their self-interest.

Counties and Cities are providing free pick up for people so they can vote. Hell, I worked 2 jobs for 15 years and always found time to vote. In Chicago, even dead people get to vote. Obviously, you do not know what you are talking about. Kind of a racist statement about poor blacks.
