All murders are terrible tragedies, but Molly Tibbets murderer is behind bars where he can't kill again. Kashoggi's murderer is in charge of a foreign government and won't pay for this crime, or the many others he has committed. The Kashoggi murder matters more, not because his life mattered more, but because his death has much broader implications for Saudi Arabia in particular, and for the world in general.
