The same reason that liberal Fairfax County in northern Virginia had only 5% counted when all other counties in the middle and southern part of the state had reported 95% - then need to wait and see how many votes they need to win.

Or, in the case of northern Virginia, it might just be that the election crew is full of government workers - and this incompetent.

There really is no HONEST way a radical socialist who refuses to reveal any policies on her campaign website, refuses to answer reporters’ questions, refuses to hold even single a press conference, and is incapable of speaking on her own (without word salad nonsense) can win the U.S. presidency.
