The very first thing I would do, is follow social media....these powder kegs leave sooo much intel, its just a matter of follow up. An entire task force should be delegated to that rhelm. The next thing I would do is ban automatic shooting guns and enact a law anyone found using it, prison time. I would metal detectors in schools and have on hand at every single school, tax payer law enforcement officers, **** security guards.....a unit set up especially for schools all across the country...want more ideas, I got a zillion
