Consistency of thought. If you believe when Trump said, "Fight", meant undertake an insurrection, then, "Bullseye", means the sights on a snipers rifle.

Cherry picking. Trump said, "Fight", which means violence and insurrection, and, "Bullseye", is just an expression.

When you start jumping between metaphors/expressions/idioms and cherry pick, that highlights, "Agenda"
