The "why" is something that might not be explained for a while. Keep in mind that the FBI couldn't explain why Stephen Paddock opened fire on a country concert in Vegas that the media dubbed a "Trump rally" and killed 55 people even though most Americans could put two and two together. The FBI might be part of the problem rather than the solution in this incident since the Bureau was involved. The "how" might not be good news if it is connected to an organized attempted coup.
