Seems to me when you weigh all the factors and choices he had it boils down to race and her vagina.

Presumably, by your criteria, the VP choices of Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, and every other POTUS in U.S. history boiled down to race and a penis.

Biden and Harris were arguably the two worst Democratic candidates but very much approved Progressive Socialist candidates. This was a warning to the general population that the elites/swamp are in control and they can do anything.

Again, the decision to run these two candidates was made by the foreign governments that control the left in America (and have done so for at least the last 30 years). Namely, China and Russia. Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were both groomed from a young age by communists, Bill during his college years, and Obama as the classic Manchurian candidate. They were ideological infiltrators. Joe Biden is different, he's just a purely greed-motivated man, whoever pays him and his family the most will have his loyalty, for the time being.
