In the case of Medicare, the means of production is the reimbursement mechanism to providers from Medicare. Basically, what insurance companies do, Medicare also does but they do it with taxpayer dollars.

Medicare's socialism is the mechanism by which providers are reimbursed. They do the exact same thing private insurance companies do but for a fraction of the cost. That is exactly what I said and then you said it like you came up with it or knew it the whole time which to be clear you didn't.

The VA is entirely government run, which means doctors are employed by the VA and drugs are bought by the VA. That is what's unique about it.

Everything you are saying to me here like you came up with it, is just restating something I already said. Idiotsplaining.
