Trump continued to fight the return of records and marked classified documents, claiming they were all personally his....
A subpoena by a grand jury was issued to retrieve 16 other marked classified documents, which they did retrieve, but were NOT ALLOWED by Trump to search the remainder of dozens and dozens of cases of presidential records for marked classified documents. FBI ordered them to lock the storage room door....they got a padlock.
Another subpoena was issued by the grand jury for the security video at Mara Lago to see who was going in and out of the storage room, and began interviewing those people.... They found out thru video and confessions, workers removed cases of presidential documents to other areas of Mara Lago, as if to hide them from the fbi....
Trump lawyers sent an affidavit that they searched everywhere and no classified documents were left..... With insider information, the FBI knew that was a lie, perjury.
The fbi then was able to show the judge this, and were able to get a search and seizure warrant..to get the rest of the presidential and classified records...

As for the TRUMP documents you also neglected to clarify TRUMP was disputing the classification of the documents, along with officials having come and looked at the documents didn't remove them and told TRUMP to install additional security. Also worth noting TRUMP who unlike Biden or his lackey Obama held a job outside of politics so his residency was also used as an office.
