Middle class, suburban ghetto.
They weren't charged because some were killed and others may have been members of an elite social justice squad that is immune from prosecution.

I make the last point in jest obviously. The correct answer is probably that the costs attributed to it probably don't warrant prosecution since, in the end, it was deemed case of "confirmed self defense" and thus it's more prudent to just move on.

Rosenbaum suffered from bipolar syndrome and had tried to commit suicide the night before. Kyle gave him a hand.

Huber charged a man who people had said murdered someone.

Grosskreutz ran towards Rittenhouse too, even though he knew the youth was armed.

What about the savage who drop-kicked Kyle to the ground? Placed right, that would have killed him. Or the savage who hit him with the skateboard? That also could have killed him.

Have we so descended to the level where excuses are made for BLM criminals that these two aren’t charged with attempted murder?

They should all be charged with assault to attempted murder. Especially in light of Rittenhouse acquittal.

Racism...that's why they haven't been charged. They were part of the BLM death squad, and thus immune from charges.

Many years ago, in early communist Russia, it was commonplace for Lenin to send personal messages to radical leftist mobs out in the countryside, ordering them to murder specific groups of peasants or destroy peasant property or both. The infamous Mr. Gaige Grosskreutz likely received similar orders from democrat masters in high places back in DC, along with other leftist foot soldiers, to burn Kenosha to the ground. Why would those democrat masters throw such foot soldiers on the pyre when they could be needed again to do more looting and pillaging?

If you think someone is an active shooter and attack them, can you be criminally charged for that?

I don’t have a good answer for that right now, but it seems like it would be a difficult case to make.
