Just going by the fact whenever a minority commits a crime the boards are flooded with '13%' BS posts but when the perp is a white guy..suddenly they are posting about something else entirely.

Truth is Truth-------------regardless of color when 13 % of any population creates most the crime and other social ills---something is seriously wrong with that 13% and we should not be tolerating it much less blamng the other 87 % groups for how screwed up the criminal group is. I really thing welfare reform would go a long way in reducing the amount of crime of all groups.
