It's not the barriers around the Capitol that's keeping it safe -- it's the thousands of National Guards. If not for them, the barriers wouldn't keep people out.

If...if and only if there is an organized, collective effort to do so. When there's straight up persecution (fear for your life) or economic opportunity isn't there for one reason or another and there's no hope of a collective will to change....
