So Trump made it worse, I never said he made it better. Last years deficit under Biden was $1.83 trillion, the year before that it was $1.7 trillion, the year before that it was $1.38 trillion, so it has gone up the last three years under Biden and would have been much worse if he had gotten his way and added a $6.4 trillion spending bill. So Biden was getting worse and all three ran deficits every year they were in office.

For the record I am against the current spending bill in Congress, we need to cut spend across the board and increase taxes across the board.

I also don’t believe it is all on a President, Congress plays a huge role in spending, at least 50% of the responsibility if not more.
