Who paid for the transportation to the Boarder?

I have not found anything on who paid for the one way buses that were leased to transport many of the people to the boarder. Thats a 2999 mile trip at most. I have a feeling that Soros and his orgs have been busy. This was a planned event not "just" happened. Next who is feeding this group? Many unanswered question come to mind.

Probably just some wealthy American who doesn't like Trump or the United States...
