The 1992 election was close between the three candidates. Then Perot mysteriously dropped out. Then some weeks later he comes ack into the race. He still garnered a percentage in the teens which gave the race to Clinton. He ran again in 1996 and gave the race to Clinton. He had a lot of people who supported him. and he let them down.
