Who Is The Worst President Since WWII?

1) Jimmy Carter - made Americans feel worse about America. No one likes a weakling
2) George Bush, Jr. - military adventures in the Middle East?
3) Barak Obama - had a tremendous handicap with a divided, unworkable congress, but even so has underperformed.

Nixon gets honorable mention for Watergate, but was not bad otherwise.

Clinton should get high marks.

Bush "military" adventures? Saved if Saddam hadn't been removed, a minimum of one million children from starvation.
Due to ignorant people the USA pulled out of Iraq unlike what still have 140,000 troops after nearly 70 year in Europe/Asia.

SOME SOLDIER'S MOM: MSM Anti-war Bias - What Milbloggers Have Been Saying All Along!

TVÂ’s Bad News Brigade ABC, CBS and NBCÂ’s Defeatist Coverage of the War in Iraq
This conclusion is based on a Media Research Center study of broadcast network news coverage of the Iraq war so far this year. MRC analysts reviewed all 1,388 Iraq stories broadcast on ABCÂ’s World News Tonight, the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News from January 1 through September 30. (In 2006, the MRC will release a similar analysis of cable news coverage of Iraq.) Among the key findings:

* Network coverage has been overwhelmingly pessimistic. More than half of all stories (848, or 61%) focused on negative topics or presented a pessimistic analysis of the situation, four times as many as featured U.S. or Iraqi achievements or offered an optimistic assessment (just 211 stories, or 15%).

* News about the war has grown increasingly negative. In January and February, about a fifth of all network stories (21%) struck a hopeful note, while just over half presented a negative slant on the situation. By August and September, positive stories had fallen to a measly seven percent and the percentage of bad news stories swelled to 73 percent of all Iraq news, a ten-to-one disparity.

* Terrorist attacks are the centerpiece of TVÂ’s war news. Two out of every five network evening news stories (564) featured car bombings, assassinations, kidnappings or other attacks launched by the terrorists against the Iraqi people or coalition forces, more than any other topic.

* Even coverage of the Iraqi political process has been negative. More stories (124) focused on shortcomings in Iraq’s political process — the danger of bloodshed during the January elections, political infighting among politicians, and fears that the new Iraqi constitution might spur more civil strife —
than found optimism in the Iraqi peopleÂ’s historic march to democracy (92 stories).

One-third of those optimistic stories (32) appeared on just two nights — January 30 and 31, just after Iraq’s first successful elections.

* Few stories focused on the heroism or generous actions of American soldiers.
In contrast, 79 stories focused on allegations of combat mistakes or outright misconduct on the part of U.S. military personnel.

People... do you understand that the MSM and the Democrats WANTED Iraq to fail and "reported" and praised successes of the terrorists while telling the world and Americans our troops were the bad guys!
When our own representatives help the terrorists by saying:

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid(D) "The war is lost, the surge is not accomplishing anything "

U.S. Rep. John Murtha(D) "Our troops killed innocent civilians in cold blood,”

Senator Kerry (D) "American soldiers going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children."

Durbin (D) "must have been done by Nazis, Soviets"--action of Americans in the treatment of their prisoners.
Senator Obama said "troops are air-raiding villages and killing civilians,"

and when these statements are made most normal intelligent people would say..."geez doesn't this just help the terrorists in killing more troops"?
FACT:LOOK at this Harvard study found here THE "EMBOLDENMENT EFFECT"

asked: "Are insurgents in Iraq emboldened by voices in the news media expressing dissent or calling for troop withdrawals from Iraq?

The short answer is YES!!! according to Radha Iyengar, a Robert Wood Johnson Scholar in health policy
research at Harvard and Jonathan Monten of the Belfer Center at the university's Kennedy School of Government.
Are insurgents affected by information on US casualty sensitivity? Using data on attacks and variation in access to international news across Iraqi provinces, we identify an “emboldenment” effect by comparing the rate of insurgent attacks in areas with higher and lower access to information about U.S news after public statements critical of the war. (wouldn't you conclude the next president accusing the US military of methodically and systematically air raiding villages killing civilians.. dissent???) We find in periods after a spike in war-critical statements, insurgent attacks increases by 5-10 percent

I think the RWnuts here have all decided that the parts of the poll they like are accurate, and the parts they don't must have been skewed by the supernatural forces of the liberal conspiracy.

Here's the beauty of the poll:

a. He claimed, at his nomination, that this would be “the moment when the rise of the oceans would begin to slow and our planet begin to heal.” Barack Obama’s victory speech, June 3, 2008 The day will come when we look back at this display of hubris and narcissism, and the complicity of the public which found him more popular than Jesus Christ, Martin Luther King, and Mother Teresa (January 2009 poll found in ‘Christianity Today,’ February 22, 2009) as astounding.

b. David Cordero, 24, made the sculpture for his senior show after noticing all the attention Obama has received: "All of this is a response to what I've been witnessing and hearing, this idea that Barack is sort of a potential savior that might come and absolve the country of all its sins," Cordero said. c. Obama told the estimated crowd of 450 people that her husband is "the kind of president this country deserves. "
Obama closed by asking the crowd three times: "Are you in?"
She responded to her own question by saying: "Because I am so in."

"We have an amazing story to tell," she said. "This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light."

e. Rabbi David Saperstein, reading from Psalms in English and Hebrew, noticed from the altar that the good men and women of the congregation that day, including the Bidens and other dignitaries, had not yet stood. Finally Bishop Vashti McKenzie of the African Methodist Church asked that everyone rise. At that moment Saperstein saw something from his angle of vision: "If I had seen it in a movie I would have groaned and said, 'Give me a break. That's so trite.'" A beam of morning light shown [sic] through the stained-glass windows and illuminated the president-elect's face. Several of the clergy and choir on the altar who also saw it marveled afterward about the presence of the Divine.

f. He is provocative in insisting on an outstretched hand, where others only see animosity.
His tangible results in the short time that he has been active – are few and far between. His greatest results have been created with words and speeches – words that remain in the consciousness of their audience and have long-term effects.

I suspect that most of those polled do not remember Ike, Nixon, or Bush 41.

Why do you ignore the part of it that says that obama is worse than all of them?

Clinton learned to work with the GOP and they got some things done. Obama is too stupid to realize that, or his ideology trumps whats best for the country.

He was a serial rapist, but he did a fairly good job as president. Its possible to be both. He was impeached for lying under oath, not for being a bad president.

I'd say he's been the target of many unproven accusations.

15th post
As much as Obama sucks, it's hard to say that he's worse than Bush considering what Bush left for Obama to deal with.

Also, since Obama is so terrible then does that mean that Mormney and McCain are even worse because they lost to a loser?'

There are none so stubborn as those who are still blaming Bush to excuse the incompetence of a President now in his sixth year and who STILL hasn't accomplished anything of lasting merit. In the recent Quinnipac poll cited in the OP a plurality of Americans now believe we would be better off if Romney had won which was also the case last year:

November 2013
An ABC/Washington Post poll released earlier this week found that if they had a do-over, Romney would win 49 percent to 45 percent. The difference is within the margin of error of 3.5 percentage points, but Obama polls a lower percentage of the vote today than he did in November 2012.

Read more: If voters knew they'd lose insurance, Romney would have won | The Daily Caller

And why did Romney and McCain lose? Well, apart from neither of them being really good campaigners, the power no longer resides with the voter. The power resides with he who counts the votes and controls the message. A Democrat supported by the surrogate leftwing MSM--the source providing the message to most Democrats and left leaning independents--were fed an unvetted and inexperienced Barack Obama as the best thing since sliced bread and Mitt Romney or John McCain as the devil personified.

It is only in living one's life under the reality of a Barack Obama that folks are no longer so gullible or enamored.

CLINTON'S ROGUES GALLERY:

I'd say he's been the target of many unproven accusations.

"I'd say he's been the target of many unproven accusations."

Unproven?

Really?

That's because you are frequently at odds with the truth.

1. When any Liberal/Progressive/Democrat bootlicker is presented with the list of Bill Clintons rape and sexual misbehaviors, the knee-jerk response of the jerk is the expected: "But...but (sputter- sputter) he was never convicted in any court of law!!

This, of course, is a prime example of sophistry, the use of fallacious arguments, with the intention of deceiving. (i.e., the jerk is a liar.)

Let's include a vocabulary lesson in this:
tergiversation equivocation: falsification by means of vague or ambiguous language
And your picture was prominently displayed next to the definition.

2. This is not a court of law, and the argument does not end with a jail sentence....sadly.
It is the court of real world experience, and is based on one's judgment using their experience and knowledge, and, especially, the past behavior of the individual in question.

The type of verdict demanded does not require that of a court, it is the court of public opinion.

3. Based on Clinton's history, is the charge that he refused to acknowledge his prey's refusal for sexual intercourse...possible or impossible?
.......probable or improbable?
.....exceptional or expected?

4. Has he been shown to be a liar? Yes, in fact in a court of law.

The answer is clear.
"Bill 'the rapist' Clinton" is an accurate description.

5. The same procedure should be used to examine as to whether charges would even be brought against one of his lofty political stature...and political party.

That question requires even less effort to answer.....as it has been answered previously, in an even more serious matter: responsibility in the death of a young woman.
I refer to "The Liberal Lion," Ted Kennedy.

6. An auxiliary question might be 'what type of individual would support rapists and murderers as mentioned above?
This, too, is an easy question to answer.
Democrats/Liberals/Progressives

So glad you encouraged this exposition.

Well Obama being the worst president should not surprise anyone.

A small uneducated and low info type of person may disagree with this.

My top three are:

3. GW Bush
2. Carter
1. Obama

^Mine as well and in that order.
