The sages and prophets understood that history /occurances repeat in cycles until you learn to progress from those behaviors and poor choices.
So to comment/prophecize is to draw focus to recognize a pattern we can choose to avoid by learning from the accounts.
The prophecies are often in 3 layers:
historical events of the era, future history repeating (the emulation), and the deeper "spiritual emulation" in likeness of description.
Example: Isaiah 14:12-17 describes History of Nebuchadnezzar, the repeat spiritual emulation was the deshevelled pierced by a sword, fall of the morning star Jesus described as earth quaked upon his death, and the repeat history emulation was Saddam Hussein who admited trting to emulate Nebuchadnezzar and who's description as deshevelled found in the pit and made the earth shake (bombings)was on the exact day correlated to the passages 14/12 14th day of Dec. (That region like Europe uses day first then month)

A christian nation. Its first inhabitants the indians didnt know anything about christianity until the white man came. Then the white man killed them, scalped them for bounty $$, stole their homes and land. The Revelation letter was written to the first generation of Christians.. It has NOTHING to do with the US or Russia or the EU etc. Those are the claims of charlatans.

Mostly by the 34,000 certain religions claiming to serve Jesus, but are a house divided-they will not stand-They are in the same boat together, up the creek without a paddle.
