Iran has oil. AFG had remoteness. Assad in Syria also had oil. Russia has oil. Iraq had Saddam and oil.

And every one of them also had scores of billions tossed at them, both above board and under the table, to arm them to the teeth....Some of which ended up being turned back against us.
