Who Here Can Calculate A Lunitidal Interval?

While I realize that this is really only helpful in a coastal area... My new watch has a tide indicator; and I like to set it to its “correct” Lunitidal Interval. It’s kinda got me stumped. Any of y’all know this stuff?
