WHO attacks Israel for targeting Medics

Prove there were not.
Various newspapers did that, they proved the IDF footage of finding weapons caches was edited and the IDF lied about that, that's proof enough for most sensible honest people, why not you?

Go and research the "Hamas duty roster was simply an Arabic calendar story" as another example of proof.

Sensible honest people do not approve of terror. What is your problem? Palestinians are terrorists.

The director of Gaza’s Kamal Adwan Hospital, whose whereabouts have been unknown since he was detained by Israel after a raid on the facility last week, is allegedly being held at an army base doubling as a detention facility, says a CNN report.
Hussam Abu Safia, 51, is reportedly being held in the Sde Teiman base in Israel’s Negev desert, according to former Palestinian prisoners cited by the network, who had been released over the weekend from the controversial facility known for its extreme abuse of detainees.
“Two Palestinian prisoners released this weekend from the facility said they saw Abu Safia at the prison, and another former detainee said he heard Abu Safia’s name being read out,” said the CNN report, published on Monday.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and authorities in Gaza said they lost contact with Abu Safia after the raid on Friday, which saw the Israeli military set fire to Kamal Adwan and forcefully expel dozens of medical staff and patients – shutting down the only partially functioning hospital in northern Gaza.

Shocking testimonies reveal grave war crimes, including executions and sexual violence, during the Israeli army’s assault on Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza.

Harrowing testimonies documenting serious crimes such as field executions and sexual assault of women committed by the Israeli army when it stormed the Kamal Adwan Hospital and surrounding areas in northern Gaza have been recorded by the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor.

These crimes also included deliberate killings and physical assaults on women and girls from medical teams and the displaced in the area, the rights group said.

The Israeli army raided the hospital and its vicinity on Friday, following weeks of siege, artillery and air bombardment, which disabled the hospital’s power generators and oxygen production equipment.

The army forcibly evacuated patients from the hospital and residents from the area in addition to abducting dozens of individuals and medical staff, including the medical facility’s director Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya.

Explosive Robots

A volunteer paramedic told the Geneva-based rights group that he was staying in a house near the hospital along with 11 civilians.

“Around 12:30 a.m. on Friday, we heard a vehicle at the door. I told those with me it seemed like the army was placing explosive robots. Looking out the window, I saw several robots in front of homes in the area,” the paramedic, identified as AA, said.

He continued: “We left our house and moved to another nearby, hoping to survive the explosions. About half an hour later, the robots started detonating. The sounds were massive and terrifying, like miniature nuclear bombs.”

At that time, another young man “told us that the place they sought refuge in was bombed, injuring several people. I rushed with others to help, but as we approached the house, an Israeli aircraft fired another missile at it.”

He said they “managed to evacuate one of the injured and found one dead. However, we were also injured in the process. At that moment, we heard screams from a nearby house that had been hit as well. We were in a dire state, injured and unable to help.”

Indeed, this is another horrifying crime by an unaccountable barbaric regime.

Israel must be stopped, it must be wiped off the map and a sane replacement put in its place where all races/ethnicities/religions can enjoy the same freedoms and rights.

Palestinian Health Ministry calls Israeli attack on Gaza hospital ‘war crime,' demands international probe

2 patients killed, several injured in Israeli shelling of Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis city

Gaza's Health Ministry on Monday denounced Israeli shelling on a hospital in southern Gaza as a “war crime,” demanding an independent international investigation into the attack.
Two patients were killed and several people injured when Israeli forces shelled the Nasser Medical Complex in the southern city of Khan Younis on Sunday night.
“This attack constitutes a new war crime added to the record of repeated Israeli violations against civilians and medical facilities, in blatant disregard for the rules of international humanitarian law and international conventions that prohibit targeting hospitals and healthcare workers,” Muneer Alboursh, Director General of the Health Ministry, said in a statement.
“We strongly condemn this heinous crime, which not only blatantly disregards the lives of innocent people but also hinders the provision of life-saving medical services at a time when patients and the wounded are in dire need of maximum care, while hospitals are already suffering severely due to the closure and siege imposed by the occupation on the Gaza Strip.”
The health official appealed to the international community and human rights organizations to act urgently “to stop these grave violations and hold those responsible for these crimes accountable.”
He also called for launching an independent international investigation to uncover the circumstances of the Israeli attack and ensure that the perpetrators do not escape punishment.
“We also call on all people of conscience around the world to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and to pressure international bodies to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its ongoing crimes against humanity,” Alboursh said.
Nasser Medical Complex is one of the largest hospitals in southern Gaza, housing a significant number of patients and injured civilians.
The Israeli army has killed more than 700 Palestinians and injured over 1,000 since launching a surprise aerial campaign on Gaza on March 18, shattering a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that took hold in January.
Since the start of its genocidal war on Gaza, Israel has attacked, burned, and destroyed 34 hospitals, rendering them inoperable, according to Gaza's government media office.
More than 50,000 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children, and more than 113,200 injured in a brutal Israeli military onslaught on Gaza since October 2023.
The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.

Israeli Airstrike Destroys Surgical Department at Nasser Hospital

Atef al-Hout, head of the Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, said the men’s surgical unit was rendered completely non-operational as a result of the airstrike with 35 beds lost and dozens of injured patients with no recourse to treatment.

The IDF eliminated a known Hamas leader in an extraordinarily precise strike while preserving the lives of innocent civilians, even in a crowded space. This is how war should be conducted.

Nah, you left out the part where you are allowed to target hospitals if they are being used by the military for purpose of harming their enemy.

4 November 2023 —

WHO condemns the attacks on 3 November near Al-Shifa Hospital, Al-Quds Hospital, and the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza City and North Gaza governorates.
View attachment 853166

According to reports, at Al-Shifa Hospital, ambulances were evacuating critically injured and sick patients to hospitals in the south of the Gaza Strip when there was an attack at the entrance of the hospital. According to early reports, at least thirteen people were killed and more than 60 injured. The hospital infrastructure and one ambulance sustained damage. This was in addition to an earlier incident that had resulted in damage to another ambulance in the same convoy.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health had earlier sent an appeal for the safe passage of a convoy of ambulances carrying wounded and sick patients from the hospital, in an effort to reduce the strain on the hospital, which is already far exceeding its bed capacity while also sheltering thousands of displaced people.

Two further attacks were reported on the same day at Al-Quds Hospital, resulting in at least 21 injuries. An additional attack was reported near the Indonesian Hospital.

Attacks on health care, including the targeting of hospitals and restricting the delivery of essential aid such as medical supplies, fuel, and water, may amount to violations of International Humanitarian Law.

WHO reiterates its call for an immediate ceasefire, emphasizing the urgent need to protect all health workers, patients, health transport, and health facilities.

WHO condemns the attacks...

That, and $3.50, will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks... :laughing0301:

Without the caveat or acknowledgment that Hamas embeds military assets within hospitals and schools and mosques...

You can add the WHO's piece-of-paper to your collection of Charmin (toilet paper)... suitable for wiping one's ar$e...

The UN favors militant Islamists over the Jews of Israel... what else is new?... Dog Bites Man... not exactly news... pffffttt...

Absolutely irrelevant... but darned funny... :auiqs.jpg:

Death to Hamas...

Death to Hezbollah...

Go Team Israel...

What country would agree to refrain from bombing hospitals and schools if they knew that their enemies would then use the civilian population as “cover?”

Here, let me sign my one-sided suicide pact note.
