Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has been autocratically issuing tickets and fines left and right to the people of Michigan for any and all violations of her many Covid edicts since last Spring.

Only problem is that the state Supreme Court just determined that SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY to do any of that after April 30 of last year, and have ordered prosecutors to now drop all adjudicated and pending cases immediately, period! OUCH.

Quite amazing how even within the shrieking turn of the rusted gears of our corrupt governmental systems some "justice" still seems to happen from time to time. However, I myself find little creature comfort in this decision. Governors will slither and squirm their way out of any repercussions and they have already killed or injured millions, so is it really something we want to call a victory?

That fucking psychopath needs to be prosecuted for her crimes.

Because of her tyrannical lockdown orders, Whitmer is guilty of unlawful imprisonment. That's a felony in Michigan which carries a 15 year prison sentence. Since the population of Michigan is about 10 million, she should be thrown in prison for ~150 million years at the very least.
