Snow started around 5 last night and still hasn't stopped. We have around 20-21 inches of this crap so far. These images aren't too great cause I took them out my window from the 1st floor of my apartment, and I had the site auto-resize them (dumb idea)! Some were taken when I first got up around 3am, a couple around 9am and a few from just a few minutes ago. It's supposed to snow for a few hours more still coupled with high winds.

And lucky me, this is my weekend with my son. He's going stir crazy and wants to go out but it's windy as hell AND cold as hell. I guess the pizza guy won't be delivering tonight? :(

I hear Delta has cancelled all flights from Atlanta to NY, Boston..But then they are a bunch of wusses anyway.

Hey it's even snowing here, if it makes ya feel better. Bout a flake a minute, it's a blizard! :)

Hey if this doesn't prove that the Commies/ACLU/NAMBLA/evolutionist/liberal/democrat/feminist conspiracy ain't right about global warming, I don't know what does!

Just got done shoveling :crutch:

We had about an inch last night, but it melted away off the ground today. Even though it has been snowing all day, it hasn't been "sticking." :(

We had flurries at Thanksgiving, and snow on the ground all through December, which is rare. So my husband and I bought the kids sleds for Christmas. So far, no chance to use them yet!

Snow is so pretty and cozy. Makes you want to build a fire and cuddle on the couch with a hot cup of cappuccino. :sigh:

True...Get a glass of Scotch!!! :)

I truly believe mom was referring to a cup of cappucinno with a dash of Brandy and a hubby who does not need Viagra! :cof:

its just powder up here.about 14 -18 inches is my guess. no real need for a shovel. a good broom or a leaf blower will do.

We were sitting on the very edge of the storm. I could see it snowing a few miles from here. We didn't get anything except for a few snow flurries.

As the storm passed through our state on its way out East, the whiteout driving conditions caused a 20-vehicle pileup on I-65.

FRANKLIN - Police shut down Interstate 65 south of Indianapolis after a snow squall caused a 20-car pileup. Five people were injured, none of them seriously, media reports said.

Police shut down both lanes of I-65 for about two hours following the chain-reaction accident in the southbound lanes about noon Saturday.

Rapidly falling snow caused a whiteout in northern Johnson County, the Whiteland Fire Department said, though other parts of the Indianapolis area received just short bursts of snow that did not accumulate.

Managed to dig out last night and this morning...even made it to work with little trouble. Personally, I like the snow...that's why I live where I live!

Really. I hear that it is a record breaking 27" snow in Central Park. Last year we got 48" in our driveway, and that was no record. If you like snow why do you live where you live?

Fortunately, I dont live in NY! I like snow when there is supposed to be snow and I like sunny and hot when its supposed to be sunny and hot. In other words, I like having four seasons...
