2 sisters drove around Cincinnati shooting homeless with BB gun, police say

Cincinnati police have issued arrest warrants for Brittany and Kelsey Hopper.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Brittany Hopper, 29, and Kelsey Hopper, 28, for what police call “incredibly senseless crimes.” Neither woman currently is in custody.

A couple of decades ago in New York, the thug kids were squirting lighter fluid on the sleeping homeless and lighting them up.
