The KC Star had to apologize for decades of writing negative stories n the black community, and it was purposeful. This is the same metro area where the old man shot a black kid for knocking on his door.

I live in Wichita and go t KC regularly. I am aware of the problems in the area. The facts in this case just don't seem to be a part of that.
