which rivers have you been on?

I swam in the River on Kauai used in the Indiana Jones Raiders Movie and jumped into the River off the Rope swing that Harrison Ford used to escape the Warriors and get to the Seaplane floating in the River .

I want to go to the Klamath river in Oregon someday soon....

Hell, I can practically throw a rock from my house now and hit it. I used to fish in it a lot when I was growing up, and was taught how to shoot a rifle on the banks of the river in the 1970s.

I had been on most of the major rivers in the NW and many others. Rogue, Columbia, Snake, Green, and so many others I can not even recall them all. As well as the Colorado, Rio Grande, Sacramento, and American Rivers. And for many years I had the Feather River less than a mile from my house, and lived two blocks from the Calaveras River.

Also living just a couple of blocks from the Los Angeles River. Although the water flow in that one is only impressive after storms.

I was living in Oroville less than a mile from the dam when we had our little incident several years ago. And every year would see the massive flooding of the Feather, American, and Sacramento Rivers.
