I have never heard anybody dispute the ongoing role of MK Ultra and its developments .

Nothing circular aboiut that unless you are getting confused with the most often seen shape of UAPs .They do tend to be circular or saucer shaped .

Yes you have in fact heard ahtta about MK ultra . It produced NO empirical resyultrs other than getting some people stoned and causing a little brain damage to some. There was NEVER a succesful experiment in that silly program
