How cops police in some communities these days is some super courageous stuff.

There needs to be a counter analysis on the dangers that cops especially black cops face while policing majority white communities in order to see what they say about that community being policed.

Is it dangerous to black police in white communities ? Is it a bad work environment ? Do they feel uneasy, threatened by the community ???
