Homicide is the deliberate and unlawful killing of one person by another.

Thus, if abortion is to be outlawed, and if the definition of homicide is the deliberate and unlawful killing of another person, will those who take the life of the fetus suffer the penalty of capitol punishment? Or will the abortionist and the pregnant woman spend the rest of their lives in prison for life? Will the taxpayer pay for their life in prison?

If the fetus has been diagnosed to be determined to not be viable, and if the pregnancy go's full term, who will pay the doctor bills and funeral costs? Or, what if the fetus is born but will never be able to support his or her self, will the pregnant family pay for the child's life, and who will do so after the parent's pass away?

What if the pregnant woman was raped, will she need to support the child of this felon, or will the State provide for all of the needs for the issue until age 18; then, maybe when she/he reaches the majority, is she/he stuck to provide for their every needs?
