The colored peoples' national association's mission is total hypocrisy. Period, as Barry would say.

Which means that race-based decisions are made which eliminate non-blacks and others from the competition, in spite of the fact that those so eliminated are most definitely members of what the mission defines as all persons.

At the very least they should be honest in what they really represent, the National Association for the Advancement of Racist Colored People...NAARCP, period.

You highlighted a bit of the first thought and some of the second thought and tried to portray it as one thought when there are actually 2 separate thoughts. You cant fulfill the second goal until the first one is achieved.
