If you take part in violence (as was on 1/6/2021), you're going to get put on a list, and possibly go to jail.
It doesn't appear there was any direct violence aimed at any students or property for this protest. Hence, no reason to label them as domestic terrorists, which, let's face it, you're just looking for equivalency here.
