Of course, there are people alive today who have worse lives because of what our government did to them. So, the issue isn't blame, but it does signal that there is justification for us recognizing these cases when we take action today.

Making it harder for certain demographics to vote, for example, is criminal regardless of WHAT we ever did in the past. And, our history and the continued problems it has created is just more justification for taking care on this issue.

We have never been safer, more healthy, more inclusive or had more potential than we have right now. We could use some income redistribution and some renewed interest in investing for our future and our environment ...but other than that...we are doing great.

The 1950's

Not even close.

Right after the War. Manufacturing was at a fever pitch because much of the rest of the world's factories had been bombed into rubble.

Standard of living was high. Morals were high. Democrats were still Democrats and not the dimocrap SCUM of today.

Crime was low, out-of-wedlock child birth was low in BOTH Whites AND Blacks.

People recognized communism and communists for what that are -- Murdering FILTH.

The Media was still somewhat fair.

Medicine was starting to come out of the dark ages. Wages were good.

Were there down sides? You betcha. Pollution, discrimination, etc. But as a young person, there was hope.

The 'bad' things that existed were being recognized as -- Bad. And people started to head in the right direction.

Today? Kids are snowflakes. Aggressively stupid -- And proud of it. Colleges are nothing more than indoctrination centers.

The Democrat Party is no more. Only the scum of the Earth dimocrap FILTH party exists. So there's no longer a choice when you go to vote -- You either vote for the scum of the fucking Earth dimocrap shitbag or you hold your nose and vote for -- Someone that's not.

I graduated from elementary in 1951, and college in 1959. Grew up in poverty....worked since age of 15. Oldest brother took over the old man's hardware store. Drank himself to death at 80. Middle brother got a phd in physics...dementia took him at 80. I went into the USAF and lived happily ever after. Hope to die on the racquetball court at 100. Life is all about choices...few understand that. It helps to believe in a God, family and brotherhood...and be willing to die for those values.
