This is true but once the drugs pass through middle management and to the streets it's another defeat in the drug war. What demand??? Just because 2 out of 3 Americans are hopelessly strung out on the drug of their choice does not mean there is a demand for the drugs. Likewise just because those 2 out of 3 Americans view the drug cartels like they're Jesus Christ on steroids does not mean they worship the drug cartels. Right?
