Instead of just giving $trillions to the banks like Obama did - they created a program that instead of companies laying people off - they cut their hours and the government paid the difference to the employee. ******* brilliant. And therefore Germany's unemployment never extended beyond 7.3% Not the best plan in the world as they are paying the price now - but a far cry better than to simply hand it over to the wasp like Obama.
