No, bad cops are bad cops, and they give the good cops a bad rep, so that idiots, like im2stupid, can paint all of them with a broad brush.

There needs to be a nationwide data base of police interactions so that good cops can be lauded, and bad cops removed and prevented from being cops ever again.
