The media has never NOT identified a criminal unless they are a minor and the law prevents them, or if it's such a minor crime that it barely warrants reporting and they don't feel like bothering. Your first question should have been, especially if they are refugees, WTF have they experienced? If you are taking in refugees they have probably experienced trauma, witnessed horrific incidents, and lost their families. Not to mention culture clash as many of first generation immigrants do. They probably should have some type of treatment.
