Ok, true story.
My neighbors have a labrador who escaped their yard and went wandering around the bayou looking for stuff to smell and catch. The dog found venemous water moccassins and was bit 3 or 4 times. Over the past three days they have paid $10,000 to an emergency vet clinic who are saying they can save the dog.
Seems like alot of money to me for a couple anti-venom injections. Are they being taken advantage of?
I have been willing to spend money to treat one of my pets. An old dachshound with an injured back. Worked out ok for him, but how much is too much?
