When Deportations Start, Don't Freak Out

Yeah, about the time you get your third set of teeth.
A question I keep asking is can an illegal alien be drafted into the US military and forced to serve in combat?

Most libs avoid answering by saying there is no draft

But there could be a future draft

Would the black robes force illegal aliens to fight and die for the US against their will?

Wouldnt the ACLU resist all the way to the Supreme Court?

I think they would

That historically was a method for noncitizens to gain easier access to citizenship.

Other than compliance with ICE detainers (which are a thing now) are posters advocating local agencies do anything?

I kind of doubt it. The problem here is that drafting an illegal means that you have to take someone who normally wouldn't pass the entrance requirements (basic education and speaking English, to start with) and then train him up.

During WWII, while 40 million people were eligible for the draft, only 16 million served during an all-hands on deck situation.

Build more Jails / Prisons ( Not give $ to Ukraine & Pock E Stan and Venezuela …

We aren't giving any money to Venezuela and Pakistan.

The problem with building jails is that it's not just building jails. It's finding people who want to work there.

They can't find prison guards for the prisons we have now.

They are correct about their not being a draft but ask yourself this question first. Why on God's green earth would you want to draft an illegal? They are ILLEGAL.
Besides, there will never be another draft.

My question is can the US government impress foreign nationals into our military and force them to fight and die for America ?

We dont have a draft today but we literally could have a draft tomorrow is congress and the president will it

It is also a way to get a free burial at US military expense even if the illegal alien didnt want to die for a foreign country not his own

You still didnt answer the basic question

Why cant you say?

No, they cannot. If you knew anything about history, we fought a war over it in 1812, dumbass! The Brits did it to our sailors on the open ocean. Flunked out of high school, eh? Did you just think we fought a war because we felt like taking them on again after the Revolutionary War?

USS United States defeating the Macedonian. Literally America Hurr!

Legal immigrants. I had a sailor on my ship that was Canadian.
Did he say Sorry a lot? It was an excellent way for Hispanics from Mexico and Central America as well. I knew a red headed gal who's dad had joined the Army and became a US citizen. Man she was off the chart on the crazy / hot matrix.

I did answer the question, it just wasn't an answer you wanted to hear.

If our manpower needs were bad enough, we'd probably gleefully draft undocumented aliens.

If we could find them, that is

I just can't imagine a situation where that would ever happen.
The ACLU, Code Pink, and LaRaza along with other anti war groups, funded by china perhaps, would waste no time challenging it in court

Now you are contradicting yourself

Previously on this thread you assured us that children of illegal aliens qualified for birthright citizenship if born on US soil

But the 14th confers that right only if the parents are under the jurisdiction of the US

Which means they could be drafted

However now you tell us they cant be drafted which means they are not subject to US jurisdiction

So which is it?

Why do you make shit up so freely? Immigrants are voluntarily under the jurisdiction of the US. They can leave at any time. The child's citizenship is granted at birth if the parents are not diplomats. They carry it for life.

I swear, you get dumber with each passing hour trying to support a position where you are wrong.

The children of Illegal Aliens are deported to the country-of-origin of the parent(s).

If the children were born here they get a non-forgeable "Get Back In" card before they leave with their parents.

That way they are entitled to come back into the country once they reach the age of 18 as independent adults.

What happens in the interim while out-of-country is entirely up to the parents, not the American taxpayer.

illegals can be deported as ''family units''. Your alliances with the cartels fell into disrepute when we saw children being raped and abandoned at the border.
If the 2 year old, the 7 year old and the 10 year old alone and abandoned at the border doesn't tell you the inhumanity of Biden's border policy, I don't know what can.

Actually they are voluntarily "within the jurisdiction" a different part of the 14th Amendment. "Subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States is different test in the 14th
