Whats for dinner...bbq!

Well I'm burned out posting...so I am going to put on the bbq...labor day weekend signals the close of summer..sigh... bbq starting today through monday for me...tonight bbq chicken and corn on the cob with salad...tomorrow forward...any suggestions?

Nice thick swordfish steak, cut up some green, red, yellow peppers and get them nice and toasty. Bruschetta with some good quality, first cold press olive oil.
Chilled glass of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio.

will try on Sunday...along with my fav...Halibut! Will stick to beer though...maybe a little Jose Quevo too! Will give the wine to the kids...over twenty one that is!
