The more I watch other major sports leagues, the more I admire how Soccer (English in particular) runs things.

The VAR takes seconds; not minutes. The officials on the field still have the ultimate say.​

The televised action is seldom interrupted by commercials although I wouldn't be surprised if they started having 2 intermissions like ice hockey does to take advantage of the commercial interests and cash in.........I wouldn't really mind it myself and it would be a good compromise between the need for more revenue and keeping the sport pure.​

And above all else, relegation and promotion is genius.​

I grew up with soccer. Can't stand other sports, ice hockey is okay, I've seen one game live and didn't have a clue what was going on.

my answer is the same sentence for sentence except football football and football. now when it comes to PLAYING baseball,different story.football takes a backseat. I watch the chiefs only cause Mahomes is the most exciting quarterback to come along sense john elway and i only watch it at my local sports bar so that way i dont pay to watch them and im not supporting the NFL that way. other than that,i just watch the old classics on youtube from the 70's and 80's when the NFL was not corrupt as it is now.

Why even watch it then? I watch the conference title games often because they are free of all the nonsense. You can watch the super blow with the volume down and the radio on. Turn off the TV at halftime, and then turn it back on in 30 minutes.
