What would stop the looting, violence and rioting?

Well paying jobs. But Corporate America and their salad tosser Republicans won't allow that.

What would we need to do for the BLM and the marxist for it to be good enough?

1. Free all the black prisoners in our prisons with a total pardon. Trump could do this!
2. Legalize pot and decriminalize everything else
3. Cops can only have stun guns and non-deadly weapons
4. Make all cops the race of the area they're patrolling. Community based policing! We could make the black males walking the street currently the police! Just think about it, George Floyd, Michele Brown and Trayvon martin could have been officers of the law! No more white evil men for black communities. They can go work in the country side.
5. Replace prison time for non-violent crimes when it comes to the black community with fines and community services. Make the fines based on income!
6. Give 10 trillion bucks to the black community!
6a. 2 Trillion to innercity public schools and black colleges. Make them have the best and to be the best schools in the entire fucking country. If they still fail then that will say a lot.
6b. Give 2 trillion dollars for work and jobs programs. Lets put the black community to work!
6c. 1 trillion to black innercity infrastructure
6d 1 trillion dollars in gold for the black police officers
6e. 2 Trillion dollars to support black businesses and black business start ups!
6f. 1 trillion to house all black homeless
6g. 1 trillion of welfare and food stamps to feed the poor blacks and their children
7. Every black teen shall get a free college education with the money from 6a.
8. Every black family shall get a white slave to cook, clean and to drive them around. You know the BLM wants whites to be slaves so they'll probably demand this!
9. We could add Barack Obama to Mount Rushmore and replace Biden with A black leader from the BLM to lead our country.
10. All Whites shall bow to our black overlords and be sure to say master as they walk by!

Of course the BLM wouldn't be happy unless whites become inferior to blacks in every way and becomes their slaves. We whites shall be beat and used for the pleasure of blacks. Only then will these people be happy.
