At best maybe like current Brazil......A mix of Africa, European, and Latin cultures, massive poverty and wealth disparity, a large mixed population and a high crime rate.

I am beginning to feel really sorry for you. Struggling with TDS must take up every minute of the day, Your ability to lie to yourself and others with every breath must take all of your energy.
