Nothing was falsified. Payments were made in an entirely legal and common arrangement in time with when the plaintiff chose to pursue them, and the payments to his attorney handling the matter were recorded in personal company ledgers.

Common rookie!! I hate the SOB and would love to see him pay for his crimes. However, the judge has already mad it clear that there will be no jail time or , for that matter any other penalty. The unconditional discharge sentence will just end the case with him as a convicted felon. You really should have a better handle on the subject matter before starting a thread
