It is pretty stupid to charge all of their losses to the national debt for delivering mostly junk mail to people who throw it right out in the garbage because they don't want it in the first place.
I also think the US should stop minting the Dime and Nickel. I am glad we stopped the Penny. Minting those two coins is a massive waste of money, and it makes more sense to only have the quarter.

There are over 2,000 federal government departments and agencies. Are there any you don't need to run our life?
Well, actually there are like 17 departments and they have some agencies under them.
Probably quite a few. But then again, I'm not on public assistance, not on SS (yet), have been blessed with reasonably good health and prosperity. Many are not as fortunate as I.
Do we need a postal service at all? Can’t private industry take it over?
