No it wasn't. Manning had a winning record in the highest matchups in the AFC 3-2...

Jordan was the Greatest, but Magic versus Bird was phenomenal.

Interesting take... but Jordan only thrived until there was a clear slump of talent.

Wilt was many times better than Russell. In that era there was regional rights to players in college and Red Auerbach fleeced other teams in trades. Russell had all stars on his team as compared to Chamberlain. Wilt had to do a lot himself. I am not demeaning Russell. The Celtics played more team ball. And that can win championships.
