If your referring to the Detroit over count
what we do know
Donald Trump won Michigan by 10,704 votes or 47.5 percent to 47.3 percent
certainly did not hurt him
Here is a breakdown of the irregularities in Detroit’s 662 precincts:
■236 precincts in balance — equal numbers of voters counted by workers and machines
â– 248 precincts with too many votes and no explanation (77 were 1 over; 62 were 2 over, 37 were 3 over, 20 were 4 over, 52 were 5 or more over).
â– 144 precincts with too few votes and no explanation (81 were 1 under, 29 were 2 under; 19 were 3 under; 7 were 4 under; 8 were 5 or more under)
â– 34 precincts out of balance but with an explanation
out of balance were about 1 to 5 votes
they were either under or over with about 160 no explanation irregularities
could be human error but does not make a difference. It is unknown if correct procedures or if this is a true case of fraud which caused the irregularities.
This happen in 2016.
In 2017 “There was no pervasive fraud found in our audit of Detroit. We did not find widespread voting machine problems," Thomas said at a news conference Thursday. "We did find widespread performance issues that tracked back to the training by the Detroit city clerk."
There was a recount and because of the above irregularities found it was stopped and Trump narrowly won Michigan. So did it favor Trump these irregularities.
As part of a review of the Nov. 8 election, the Secretary of State's election staff found 31 people voted twice, including 14 in Detroit — once by absentee and once in person at the polls.
Still without knowing who they voted for it still is a less than .01 percent of the total vote
In a perfect world it would be 0 human errors but we do not live in a perfect word
Human error is part of any equation but systematic fraudulent activities will always be discovered.
Just ask the RNC about the consent agreement that were under for decades. It would have been shorter but judges found that they were continuing their activities that put them under this consent.
That is systematic fraudulent activities when the culprits are caught with their hands in the cookie jar and have to make a plea agreement in order to avoid jail time.
