Well some get a smart phone that supposedly can only be used to communicate with ICE. Nobody can say whether the migrant can uninstall that particular app and convert it to a regular smart phone but somehow I doubt these are all that useful to the government as a tracking device.

Otherwise the migrant can usually qualify for a monthly stipend, especially if he/she can claim to be a family, gets free education, health care, transportation to someplace in the USA, can qualify for subsidized housing, and the chances of him/her being deported once allowed in are slim to none. Assigned court dates are as much as years on down the road.

And the Biden administration seems oblivious to how much all this is massively draining U.S. resources and blind to the sex, child, drug trafficking that is a humanitarian crisis and continues unabated.
