I mean, don't get me wrong. I lubs me some caffeine, but this doesn't strike me as a particularly efficient means of acquisition.

LOL I had to Google it and I got this:

Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle ‘detox guide’ promotes coffee enema. Experts say it’s bogus.
I didn't think it was real either, but it is.

Well, a few years back, it was all the rage for kids to stick hoses up their butts and pour vodka in.

And yeah, that is a real thing as well.

Okay. But, we can chalk that up to "kids are stupid". This seems like it was actually being touted as a healthy behaviour. Somehow I find it really hard to believe that flooding your colon with coffee can be terribly healthy.
